What is IIRON Power Training all about?
Experienced community organizers provide an intensive training experience that utilizes concepts and tools for building a powerful public life while challenging each participant to engage the external and internal messages and obstacles that block them from realizing their full potential. This training is applicable for anyone engaged in public life, whether that is leading a grassroots organization, religious congregation or judicatory, political office, or public institution.
Return home from the IIRON Power Training with new tools and methods for leadership, but more importantly, more clarity and resolve to dream bigger, aim higher and chart a course for greater achievement.
